About

Dr. Wiqar Farooqi is a podiatrist, practicing in New York City. His office is located steps from Grand Central station in midtown Manhattan. He completed his doctoral degree in Podiatric medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2011 and went on to complete a 3-year surgical residency at Bellevue Hospital.

Dr. Farooqi is well versed in all aspects of podiatric care, and is trained in traditional ‘open’ surgical techniques, as well as ‘closed’ Minimally Invasive Surgery. He is able to correct painful deformities such as bunions, hammer toes, and heel spurs through small incisions , helping patients recover faster and with less pain.
